Practice Area:

Extensive practice in the areas of secured lending, including asset-based loans and accounts receivable factoring; commercial debt collections, commercial litigation, and all aspects of creditors’ rights representation. Aggressive representation of all creditors of all types including state and national banks, regional lenders, trade creditors, receivables-factoring companies, and buyers of distressed debt. High degree of experience in secured lending transactions, including preparation/negotiation of loan and factoring agreements and related transaction documents.
