Teresa Schober, Shareholder
Teresa is a native Austinite and a two-time graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Her practice is uniquely focused on secured transactions and loan-related litigation. She is also one of most experienced attorneys in Texas in the area of accounts receivable purchasing transactions, commonly known as factoring. Ryan G. Kercher, Associate
Ryan has litigated complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts across the country. His cases have crossed a wide spectrum of substantive legal areas, including insurance, tax, municipal liability, creditors’ rights, civil rights, and commercial collections. Ryan is at home in the courtroom arguing to judge or jury, at the office briefing summary judgment issues, or up late at night with a box of documents and a legal pad.
